Payment Terms
 
All payments are to be made in Advance, by bank transfer or cash payment into our Bank Account.
If Cheque Payments are done it will delay your order by 10 days or longer while the Cheque is cleared by the Bank.
We DO NOT Accept Credit Card Payments.

If you wish to collect the goods from our premises in Benoni, Payment has still to be made in Advance.

Once Payment has been received please allow 2 to 4 working days for the Equipment to be ready to Collect/Delivered.
This time is used to collect the Equipment from our Suppliers and to Test to make sure its up to manufacturers specifications and to perform any mods if needed.

All Warranties are covered by the respective Suppliers or Manufacturers. JNS Technologies Repair all out of Warranty Equipment at their own premises, thus saving you time and money.

If you have Ordered Equipment and Payments have been cleared and there is no Stock Available, We will inform you as soon as possible. Stock is arriving on a constant basis so waiting periods are usually not longer than 14 working days.
You will have the option of receiving a refund if you are not prepared to wait for the new stock.

Goods may be returned within 2 days in origional Packaging with no damage to boxes or plastic wrappers etc. for credit. A 15% handling fee will be charged and the rest credited to your account.

JNS Tech does not supply demo units. If you require a demo unit - The unit must be purchased and returned within two days in origional packaging for a full refund.


If you are purchasing Equipment that is on Special- payment has to be received on the specific day of the special. Thereafter please allow 2 to 4 working days for the Equipment to be ready for collection/Delivery.

All deliveries carry a Courrier Cost.
